We are excited to make available many items from a Newton classic house that is scheduled to be torn down. This house is a collection of antique items along with many relatively new materials.  It had previously been gutted for remodeling.

  • Air handlers: There are three two ton air handlers that have relatively little hours of operation.

  • Mantles. There are two available with great detail 

  • Bead board is a rather large walk-in closet with some great headboard.

  • Doors

    • Classic front entry door and entrance way

    • There is a range of antique single, arched, and double French doors. Would be fabulous for a garden room! 

    • Full view door with side panel

  • Decks

    • Covered deck believed to be fir

    • Three Trex decks:

      • Living room deck 8’x 7’

      • Curved deck two sections 12’ x 6’ and one section 11’ x 7’

      • Pool deck two sections 6’ x 13’ and one section 16’ x 3’ plus 32’ of hand rail systems 

      • Two Trex stair sets.

  • Windows and skylights: 

    • There are 100+ windows available. 

    • Most are Anderson wood double insulated new construction or vinyl clad replacement double insulated windows that are very new. 

    • The remainder are classic, all wood single paned glass. These classic windows are arched, curved and leaded 

    • There are two very unique leaded glass window boxes

    • There are 11 skylights 

  • Architectural details

    • There is quite a bit of clear cedar planks coming from the indoor pool room

    • Many leaded glass cabinet doors

    • Curved window bench

    • Antique hand rail and balusters

  • Other stuff

    • Miscellaneous pool equipment: pumps, ozone machine

    • New Schneider electric panel 

    • Hundreds of sq ft of wool insulation bats

    • Hundreds of linear feet of dimensional 2” x 4” lumber
