English Manor Walkthrough

This project expanded since it’s start to include many more materials. See list below and updated picture catalog above. Note the 3D video walk through will give you access to more details ( we can't take enough pictures) and will show some of the progress already made on de-installing.
 

The list of available materials includes:

  • Gourmet Cherry Kitchen cabinets with granite topped island. The cabinets are all wood, with full extension drawers and cabinet trays.

    • 48" Thermador natural gas cooktop with griddle

    • Thermador double oven

    • Miele panel ready dishwasher

    • Subzero panel ready undercounter refrigerator drawers

    • Thermador stainless steel warming oven drawer

    • Samsung microwave 

  • Doors: There is a wide range of styles of interior and exterior doors

    • Interior

      • Four Mahogany doors 36” W and 42” W

      • Solid wood arched door

      • Solid wood antiques flat, four, five and eight panel doors. These would make great accent doors for a pantry or to create a paneled wall!

      • Ten light double single pane French door set with antique brass hardware (two sets)

      • Double single pane French doors (ten light and 15 light doors)

      • French and Flat panel/ beadboard panel pocket doors

      • Nine light swing door

    • Exterior

      • Nine light wood door

      • Mahogany Screen door 35" W x 89" H x 1" T

  • Lights: There is a wide selection of antique, modern and retro light fixtures. Lots of wall sconces, flush mounts and chandeliers.

  • Mantles: There are five antique mantles. Note also the metal fireplace boxes.

  • Other materials

    • Copper gutters. Two 9.5' copper gutters

    • Antique Mahogany hand rails and balusters 

    • Antique door knobs, hinges, doors stops and other similar finishes

  • Windows: The windows are now becoming available and they are spectacular! Available immediately are:

    • 30” W x 70 1/2” H x 8” T Double Hung four available

    • 51” W x 70 1/2”H x 8" T Double Hung two available

    • 56” W x 70 1/2”H x 8” T Double Hung two available
